Signature Workshop[Description]This self-empowerment class is an experience you'll not soon forget! The non-intimidating style of the class helps foster your confidence and self-expression. This 3 hour class, will empower you to project confidence, create an immediate impression as you enter a room, project your intentions through body language and eye contact, explore your self-expression, attract others to you, overcome inhibitions, and feel beautiful. $99 Time = 3 Hours
Signature Workout[Description]ìLetís Get Exoticî Through the vehicle of exotic dance combined with yoga and pilates-like movements, you will move with intention and tap into your unique sensuality and express it outwardly. The classes include sensual stretching, feminine dance movement, hip rolls, and floorplay. We begin every class with a sensual warm up using graceful movements combined with breathwork, allowing you to create a deeper connection with yourself. Afterwards, get ready to dance, have fun and feel sexy as you focus on your thighs, hips, arms, and core. A 4-week Exotic Experience. Start with some baseline movements and in week 2, deepen your practice and get ready to ìDrop it Low.î In week 3, we are gaining strength with isometric poses and in week 4, you will be able to ìShow Us What You Got!î Great for women at all fitness levels as these Exotic Movements can be a Unique as you are. The Signature Workout is great for the woman who wants to exercise using basic exotic dance moves and journey within through the moving meditation of exotic dance. Dress comfortably in workout clothes and bring a pair of heels. Space is limited, so you must pre-register. $80 Time = 4 weeks; 1 Hour class each week
CoreMoves Workshops [Description] CoreMoves Workshop I -- Continue developing your dance by blending 19 New Moves such as The Lasso, The Cobra, The Helicopter and more into the dance sequence you learned in The Signature Workshop. Emphasis is on pacing, practicing the moves and expressing them through various aspects of your personality. CoreMoves Workshop II -- Incorporate close to 20 New Moves with an emphasis on fluidity and greater use of space. These moves will challenge you as you take your dance to another level. CoreMoves Workshop III -- More New Moves to play with! Find out just how amazed you will be as you master all the Moves from the Core Series. Practice and turn them into your very own Exotic Dance. $89 Time = 2 Hours
CoreMoves Workout [Description]If advanced movement is what you want, the CoreMoves Workout Series is a way to truly hone in on perfecting the moves while exercising. Through the vehicle of exotic dance, you will move with intention and tap into your unique sensuality and express it outwardly. The classes include sensual stretching, feminine dance movement, hip rolls, and floorplay. We begin every class with sensual stretching using graceful movements combined with breathwork allowing you to create a deeper connection with yourself. Afterwards, get ready to dance, have fun and feel sexy as you focus on your thighs, arms and core. Each workout series will cover an amazing amount of deep squats and bending from the waist, hip rolls, and sexy poses. An equal amount of time is giving to Floorplay, yoga and Pilates-like movements help strengthen underused muscles as you stretch, pose, and move during cool down. $80 Time = 4 weeks; 1 Hour class each week
ChairMoves Workshops [Description] ChairMoves Workshop I -- Using the basic moves from The Signature Workshop, we will teach you New Moves incorporating the Chair. By the end of this 2-Hour Workshop, you will have the ability to create a New Exotic Dance, including all the sensual moves you learned in The Signature Workshop plus your New Chair Moves. ChairMoves Workshop II -- Compliment the ChairMoves you learned in the 1st Workshop with additional advanced sequences. Allow yourself to become completely immersed into your dance with the Chair. ChairMoves Workshop III -- ChairMoves culminates with this 3rd Workshop by introducing a 2nd Chair into your unique dance. Perfect for the woman who has the desire to share her exotic dance with their partner and perfect for the woman who wishes to expand her dance with new moves. You will learn advanced ChairMoves sequences by using 2 Chairs and other props. This final workshop in the ChairMoves Series is sure to command the attention of your partner as well as have you leave with the feeling of accomplishing these New Chair Moves. $89 Time = 2 Hours

Themes & Props Series [Description] Is the energy you project that mother nurturer yet you desire more passion, creativity and sensuality in your life? Are you the independent achiever never finding enough time for family and friends? Through the themed outfit or props of your choosing, you will play with the character you are embodying. Are you the caretaker nurse or the naughty nurse? Is it the leather pants that bring out the authoritative side of you? Let your outfit or prop help bring this woman out. In Workshops II and III, you will begin to strip away the layers of yourself to uncover the beautiful and authentic woman within.
Themes & Props Workshops [Description] Themes & Props Workshop I - ìDressing Upî Through the use of the outfits and/or props you bring, you will begin a journey inward and explore, discover and learn more about yourself as a woman. Utilizing the dance sequence from The Signature Workshop (and/or moves from The Core and/or Chair Series) you will have an opportunity to play with, through dance, the items or outfits you chose or use some of ours that just may entice you. Themes & Props Workshop II - ìDressing Up and StripAwayî Continuing the journey, evoke aspects of yourself you would like to explore or delve deeper into the day-to-day you. Activate what intrigues you most through the use of dress up or themed outfits and props. Through dance, incorporate dressing up and stripping away and practice projecting the intention of your choice. Themes & Props Workshop III - ìStripAway to The Authentic Youî Be free, play, cultivate or re-invent yourself. Utilizing your discoveries from Themes & Props Workshops I & II, appreciate and celebrate all that is you. $89 Time = 2 Hours
